March 3rd : How do our children REALLY feel about our phones? Parenting and Technology: Can they Co-Exist?

Janice Rosenman, MSW

With over 20 years of experience in private practice, Ms. Rosenman has worked closely with families around parent/child challenges. Through her work on attachment and regulation theory, she is particularly interested in how technology is impacting early attachment behavior in young children. This will be a participatory conversation so please bring your questions and concerns.



April 28th : Fathers – Where do we learn our Parenting Skills? A workshop for Men (Fathers, Stepfathers, Grandfathers) Only

Mark Pesner, Ph.D., developmental psychologist specializing in kids and families

A conversation among men led by Dr Pesner, a Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. In his work with children Dr. Pesner has a broad background in developmental difficulties with particular expertise in Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and other learning and behavioral problems. Please bring your questions and observations about being a parent for a lively discussion around how the way we were raised can impact our own parenting.
