MOVING TO NEW JERSEY: What Does Title Insurance Cost?


When buying a home, the focus is usually 100% on purchase price. While this is the most important element of what will become your new budget, one shouldn't forget about those all too important closing costs--title insurance, escrow and attorney fees being the most significant components--and how they will impact you financially.

The great thing about having relationships with "affiliated partners" as we like to call them, is that provide their own specific expertise in assisting us to getting you from house search to the closing table. Please note that insurance may vary by county, so you simply plug in purchase price, amount of mortgage (after your cash contribution/money down) and then click on the county you plan to buy in and wallah, your estimated costs of Title Insurance are right in front of your eyes.
