The Year in Real Estate for Summit New Jersey 2018 vs. 2017



Very Good Year for Real Estate in Summit, NJ in 2018. There are, however, signs of a little weakness starting to creep into the marketplace. So, while average price paid rose 8.6%, average list price rose by a touch more--8.9%--thereby dropping the percentage paid vs list down a touch. Days on Market increased slightly and the biggest concern to watch out for is that practically 60% of the homes on that sold in 2018, sold for less than asking price.
