As a former architectural photographer who often gets to take the photos for his listings, I couldn't agree more. I'm always amazed by pictures that when blown up are blurry or are simply poorly lit.

When I can, I also try to find a unique or eye-catching decorative detail that stands out so much that a prospective buyer can't wait to find it and see it with their own eyes when they have come out to see the home in question.
