No such thing as a cancer-free life. It's something you live with. It doesn't haunt you, but at the same time, you think about your mortality more than the average person. Family is important, getting screened early and constantly is important, making a difference is important. AliveAndKickn takes the game of soccer, and uses it as an awareness and fund raising mechanism for reaching an audience that wouldn't ordinarily think of colon cancer. Will it be like breast cancer 30 years ago? No one really knows, but as the #2 cancer killer, the numbers warrant it. And as the number one youth sport, soccer awareness warrants the same respect. A larger than life character could put it all together.
