An incredible Jam-Packed past few days. In between 2 home inspections for pending sales, a tank sweep for a 3rd, and 1 more accepted offer for buyer clients joining us in Maplewood, we had a Tuscan Ice Cream Social on the "blacktop" this past Thursday afternoon followed by the Tuscan Fair on Saturday. A common occurrence sponsored by the Tuscan PTA; it's like feeding chum (bait) to the Sharks with an expected feeding frenzy! TUSCAN FAIR: every year we Tuscan Elementary Volunteers put together a fair for Tuscan students. The Fair includes some rides, lots of game and prizes, musical chairs and food. A great time is always had by one and all!
