It was another very successful year in real estate in South Orange, NJ. We saw increases in the number of homes sold, the price paid for homes and the average list price.
As a testament to how strong a market it is, 59% of the homes sold, sold for their asking price or above!!!
A total of 16 homes sold for over $1 Million and two of these homes were listed for under the million dollar threshold.
The highest price paid for a home in South Orange was $1,400,000 for the much heralded mushroom house at the corner of Wyoming and South Orange Avenues.
